Pricing questions
Which plan should I start on?
Most businesses start on Starter, because it gets the whole setup switched on and shows exactly where you are losing customers. Reviews is the smallest first step. Growth adds local SEO so you get found in the map pack, Pro scales that for a competitive market, and Grow adds managed advertising on top. We will tell you which one fits on the call rather than point you at the biggest one.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
Neither. There is no onboarding fee and no minimum term. Every plan runs month to month, and you can cancel in any month.
Does the price include ad spend?
No. Ad spend is separate, and you pay Google or Meta directly on your own card. We never touch your card and never mark spend up. The plan covers building and managing the campaigns.
What happens if I want to cancel?
You cancel. We work month to month, so there is no exit call, no retention offer and no notice period. If the marketing is not earning more than it costs, cancelling is the right call and we will say so.
