Website Building

Most business websites are brochures. We build growth engines: AI-ready, lightning-fast and engineered around one job, turning a visit into a booked customer.

Built to convert, not to decorate

Every page gets designed backwards from the action you want: the call, the form, the booked estimate. Offer above the fold, proof beside it, and the fastest possible path to contact. Pretty is table stakes; the layout exists to make the phone ring.

AI-ready from the first line of code

Search is splitting between Google and AI engines like ChatGPT, and your website has to speak to both. Everything we build ships server-rendered with structured data on every page, entity markup that ties your business together, and content formatted so AI engines can read it, quote it and recommend you.

That's not a bolt-on we sell later. It's the default, because a site built in 2026 that AI engines can't read is already legacy.

Fast enough that Google notices

Core Web Vitals are a ranking signal and a conversion lever: every second of load time costs you visitors who never see the page. We build on modern, lightweight stacks, not bloated page builders, and we measure speed on real phones, not just lab scores.

Tracking and reporting get wired in before launch, so from day one you can see what every page produces.

Who this is for, and who it isn't

This is the right move if the site you have cannot be fixed economically: a page builder that loads in six seconds on a phone, a theme nobody can edit, a domain or hosting account somebody else controls, or a site with three pages and no history. It is also right for a new business, a second location, or a rebrand, where starting clean costs less than untangling. We build for one job, which is turning a visitor into a call or a form, and we build it so the search and AI engines can read every page from day one.

It is the wrong move if your current site ranks and converts and you simply dislike how it looks, because a redesign that throws away the pages Google trusts is the most common way a business loses half its traffic in a month. In that case SEO work on what you have keeps the history and fixes the faults. It is also not the first move if the phone is not being answered or the offer is unclear, because a faster site delivers the same problem faster, and conversion work or intake should come first. And if you are mid-season and the calendar is full, we will often say wait and rebuild when it is quiet. Amanda's post on who owns your accounts covers the domain and hosting part of this.

The first thirty days

Week one is the blueprint. We pull what the current site ranks for so nothing is lost, list every service and every town that needs a page, and agree the structure and the offer on the standing call. The domain and hosting are set up in accounts you own, with us added. Weeks two to four are design and build on a fast, plain stack: one page per service, one per market, the phone number and a short form on every page, the structured data and the AI crawler access in from the first line of code, and speed that meets Google's Core Web Vitals thresholds, which Google says align with what its ranking systems reward.

By day thirty you have seen the design, the first pages are built and the redirect map from the old site is written, so launch loses nothing that ranked. The build itself usually runs to week six, then we launch, watch the daily checks for anything that broke, and start optimising from real visitor data. You get the first monthly report after launch with clicks, calls and forms from the new site against the old one.

What it has done for businesses like yours

The best example is a wedding and event venue in Lincoln that had no site, no reviews and no domain history. We built it page by page around how couples search, with one rule on every page: the short version first, then the detail. From launch it climbed to 718 Google clicks a month, and the structure that got it there is the same one that gets pages quoted by AI engines, which is why our builds are AI-ready from the start. The foundation repair company in Colorado Springs is the other side of the same lesson: its speed and technical fixes were part of what took sessions up 2.3 times in ninety days, because the paid clicks finally had something fast to land on.

Common questions

What does a website build cost?

It depends on size and scope, so every build gets a fixed quote before work starts, no hourly meter. The free diagnostic tells you whether you need a rebuild at all; sometimes the honest answer is that your current site just needs repairs.

Who owns the website?

You do, entirely: domain, hosting, code and content. No proprietary platform lock-in, no hostage situations if we ever part ways.

Can you rebuild my existing site without losing rankings?

Yes, that's the standard playbook: we map every old URL to its new home with 301 redirects, carry over what ranks, and cut over with no gap. Preserving equity is part of the build, not an add-on.
