Kyle Rogers
Founder and Managing Director, Fix Scale Grow
Kyle has spent twelve years running local search and paid media for home service, legal and healthcare businesses. He builds every account plan himself, reads the map pack grids weekly, and built the automation that checks client sites and Business Profiles every day.
“Fix before scale.”

A win Kyle still thinks about
The seventy-thousand-dollar leak
A foundation repair company in Colorado Springs was spending real money on Google Ads and could not tell a lead from a bounce. The tracking counted the wrong things, so the account optimised toward the wrong things. We rebuilt what counted as a lead first, then cut the searches that never booked an inspection. Roughly seventy thousand dollars a year of waste came out and site traffic more than doubled inside ninety days. It is the clearest case I have of the order mattering: fix the measurement, then spend.

Why do you insist on fixing before scaling?
Because spending more on a broken funnel loses money faster. If the tracking is wrong, the pages are slow and the Business Profile is in the wrong category, every extra dollar of ads buys more of the same problem. We repair those first, usually inside the first month, then scale the channel that is booking jobs.
What will you not do?
Promise a ranking by a date, tie you into a contract, keep your accounts in our name, or keep running a channel that is not producing because it is in the plan. If something is not working you will hear it from us first, with what we are changing.
Do you work with businesses outside Nebraska?
Yes. Most of our clients are home-service and local businesses across the US, and the work runs the same anywhere Google Maps does. We are in Lincoln, and that is where the standing call comes from.
